It's too many questions for me. :) I can help you just with Maszyna Czasu game. It's Polish game for sure! Here http://atari.fandal.cz/maszyna.jpg you can find not very good snap from TV. It took one friend of mine who promised to send me it. So, hopefully, I'll released it on my site one day.
I'm sorry but I can't help you with the rest of your questions. I've never heard about Czart game etc.

niewydane, bo nie zdazyli ? czy te co za mało chcieli zapłacić to też ?
bo jeżeli też, to autor Cavemana robił odpowiednick Rick Dangerous na atari. Zwało się to Body Rock, jako że autor w owym czasie namiętnie słuchał Body COunt'a
