Bitman We in Slovakia will do 10 PSX2AMIGA JOY adapters for us. But not that you linked (it is more advanced) but adapters by VELESOFT...

Here in Slovakia. We have "SOSElectronic" shop. Where you can buy nice KM20 enclosure (ATARI 800 Cartridge compatible). I think they sell to Poland too. Just ask them... ;)
