We suspended shipments to Poland a few months ago. Demand collapsed while we were still paying the fixed costs (packaging, ASEKOL/WEEE compliance, the local consultants, etc.), and at the same time a wave of hostile content about SidecarTridge/Diego hit the Polish Atari ST community. That combination made the economics impossible, so we removed Poland from the checkout list.

Because the compliance fees for Poland are among the highest in the EU, keeping the country enabled without real order volume would just burn cash. As things stand we don’t expect Poland to come back during 2026.
