I need a high-resolution picture from the motherboard, the other owner of this computer messed up with the output video trying to do the "ultra-video" mode, so I need to fix changing to original components again.

Why do you want to go back to original circuit? It was not properly developed. And if someone did that rework, RF modulator should be missed. Therefore you need to obtain it probably.
